Delivery
Picking your favorite items is the hard part. We’ll take it from here. We’ll package and complimentary express ship your order. All Asyend deliveries are insured, and every purchase includes wax sealed authentication papers with proof of purchase, product details and commission dates. You will receive real-time updates ensuring your premium delivery experience. Lastly, you or someone you designate must sign* for the package to complete delivery. Welcome to the Asyend Family!
*Note: If you are unable to provide a signature, you may use UPS My Choice to have your package held for pick up at a UPS or other authorized location.Gift Wrapping
Each design will arrive artfully presented in our signature gift box and wrapping. The wax sealed authentication papers included doubles as a gift receipt. For security, all items will be sent in a discreet, non-branded outer shipping box.
Tracking
You may track your Asyend order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation notification. Please enable text notifications and check your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders regularly to avoid missing any important emails from Asyend.
Note: Delays in delivery may happen due to circumstances out of our control. Asyend cannot be responsible for any shipping delays or charges incurred. We are committed to promptly informing you of any occurrences as soon as we become aware of them.
International Shipping
We ship international orders complimentary. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL. The estimated delivery date may vary for international orders. Please contact our Customer Service Team to know the estimated shipment delivery time of your order.
Prior to receiving your Asyend order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on the country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
For orders shipped to the UK, Canada, Australia, and all European countries. Asyend collects the taxes/GST/VAT based on the shipping country.
For orders shipping to other countries, please contact your country’s customs office if you require information regarding applicable tax, duty, charges and any other details. Please feel free to contact Asyend customer service in case of any queries.
The destination country’s customs office is authorized to open and inspect international shipments. If required, we are liable to provide information about your order.
If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.

Returns & Exchanges
We prioritize customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate a request for cancellation or changes in order before shipping. This may result in delayed delivery.
If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible for us to make any changes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it after you receive the shipment.
